更新 Go 后我遇到了同样的问题。从控制台更新 Delve 包有帮助：

go get -u github.com/go-delve/delve/cmd/dlv

对我们有用的解决方案是升级 Go 版本

$ go version

go version go1.13.3 darwin/amd64

所以 Go 1.11 是罪魁祸首。
