由于缺少js文件，Jupyter无法加载

我通过 pip 安装了 jupyterpip install jupyter我可以开始jupyter notebook但是（chrome 和 iexplore）抛出一个 MIME 错误该AppData/Roaming/jupyter/runtime文件夹仅包含一些 json 和 html 文件，仅此而已。我也试过pip uninstall jupyter pip install jupyterPS：我目前使用Python 3.7.2 pip 19.0.3 jupyter 4.4.0
