全局composer安装Laravel5碰到的问题

环境变量我设置过的，我试了好几次，的确不会执行laravel执行文件
因为生成在~/.composer/vendor/laravel/installer/laravel
所以我手工给了执行权限chmod+x~/.composer/vendor/laravel/installer/laravel
然后做了一个软链到/usr/bin/laravel，暂时算解决了，感觉是官方的一个laravel工具的一个bug
或者说文档还没有来得及更新？
laravel新手，还在试用阶段
