急！！信号灯超时时间已到错误又出来了！！！！

 A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: TCP Provider , error: 0 - 信号灯超时时间已到.)line 24:               SqlConnection thisC = new SqlConnection(_Constr);line 25:                thisC.open(); ----------------------错误报在这一行了！程序端是windows2003 + iis6.0 + .netFrameWork2.0数据库端是window2000 + MSSQL2005在另外一台windowXP上连接就没有问题！！请教各位达人帮忙解决啊！！！ORZ！！

应该是操作系统的问题，XP SP1 好像也存在这个问题，XP SP2解决的吧好像；

2000上慎用，要不来个SP4.

_Constr 在 Web.config 的配置可能有问题，
请将 Web.config 的 <connectionStrings> Tag 内容列出。
