关于Microsoft Public License (Ms-PL)的使用问题

最近想用一个开源项目：ASP.NET AJAX Control Toolkit， 它遵守的是：Microsoft Public License (Ms-PL) 微软公众授权协议。其中有一段，由于这个说明中有些词汇搞不懂：(D) Ifyou distribute the software or derivative works in source code form you may doso only under this license (i.e., you must include a complete copy of thislicense with your distribution), and if you distribute the software orderivative works in compiled or object code form you may only do so under alicense that complies with this license. 想问问如果我不改变原有代码，只是需要引用编译过的dll，我的产品还是否必须遵守Ms-PL协议？能否像.net其他那些系统dll直接拿过来就用呢？
