安装 gem install sass 时遇到的问题

当我在本地执行 gem install sass 时，出现的提示`ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)Errno::ECONNRESET: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. - SSL_connect (https://api.rubygems.org/quick/Marshal.4.8/sass-3.4.21.gemspec.rz)`我发现执行其它命令的时候也都出现这个问题，将 sources 换成https://ruby.taobao.org/的源也是这个问题，请大家帮帮忙。
