安装完wampserver打开时提示无法定位程序输入点_crtistailoredapp于动态链接库msvcr110.dll上

后续提示php startup：unable to load dynamic library‘安装目录/php5.5.12/ext/php_intl.dll'-找不到指定的程序。msvcr 110.dll跟php_intl.dll都下载安装过了

试试先改include_path = "C:\\wamp\\php"，再改extension_dir ="ext"，再extension=php_mysql.dll，重启web服务器apache之类的。
