为什么我的开不了。重启电脑也解决不了这个问题。。一直有这种情况。一时可以运行，一时运行不了。。

打开选择Reset adb

你可以试试打开devices然后点开下来的箭头（view menu）选择Reset adb

我一般都是关闭adb.exe的所有进程，然后重启eclipse，我用这种方法管用，不知道你用了能不能行，试试吧
