python manage.py runserver 报错
我的错误和其他的长得都不一样
当我在我的Django目录下的cmd输入python manage.py runserver 是出现以下情况

Error: [WinError 10013] 以一种访问权限不允许的方式做了一个访问套接字的尝试。
然后在浏览器中输入http://127.0.0.1:8000也是找不到网页
