你用的是webstorm编辑器吧？

打开设置，搜索watcher，添加一个scss的watcher

Arguments:--no-cache --update --sourcemap --watch $FileName$:$FileParentDir$\css\$FileNameWithoutExtension$.css

Output paths to refresh:

$FileNameWithoutExtension$.css:$FileNameWithoutExtension$.css.map
