那表示你的那个没有安装成功或者是你的那个Scripts没有加入到环境变量，具体的参考官网：

官网上面说的很清楚，你如果要安装那个easy_install，可以把 ez_setup.py下载下来，你点击进去的时候是源码，你把这些源码全部拷贝一份，建立一个新的ez_setup.txt文件，把源码粘贴进去，然后把txt改为py,即最终的文件就是一个可执行的Python脚本文件，然后你DOS进入到这个脚本的路径下，在DOS下命令运行python ez_setup.py，然后只需要保证你电脑可以联网就可以自动帮你安装，安装后，你再把那个Scripts加入到你的环境变量当中，然后你再新开一个DOS窗口，运行命令easy_install  --help即可。这个是通过自己手动的安装第三方模块的方法。

我自己安装的是Python3.5版本，它在安装的时候，会提示你是否需要安装pip，这个时候你只需要勾上即可，安装完python后，你的pip和easy_install都已经帮你安装好了，不需要你手动的再次安装。

不是在python里面敲这个命令的，而且这个命令之间还有空格，即easy_install空格--help

不行，不成功，依然报错

你的问题不是很明确,你先在DOS 用命令easy_install --help 看看会不会报错，如果没有问题，说明你的easy_install安装是成功的，如果报错，那么你的easy_install是不OK的 （记得把你的Script目录加到环境变量当中），从你的路径来看，有可能是你的路径Start Menu有空格导致你报错，我之前安装的时候是把它安装如python-xx-xx目录下，但是报错，我把它修改为pythonxxxx即可，所以建议你python安装的路径不要出现空格或其它的非法字符。
