spring aop配置出错<aop:config>
按照视频的代码写入之后，xml文件提示cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'aop:config.而console提示org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException。是哪里出问题了？
