找到httpd.conf  里的这一段
<Directory />
     Options FollowSymLinks
     AllowOverride None
     Order deny
     deny from all
     Satisfy all
 </Directory>from:http://www.111cn.net/sys/Windows/44707.htm
 把order deny  里的 deny 改成 allow
